A very easy breakfast idea that my 6 year old loved helping with this past weekend was the making of some eggs in a nest.
Ingredients:
1 slice bread
1 egg
salt/pepper to taste
1. Use a 3-inch cookie cutter to cut shape out of bread.
2. Spray non-stick skillet.
3. Place bread in pan and break egg into hole.
4. Cook on both sides. Serve with toasted shape.
We added cinnamon sugar to our toasted shape for a treat.

Yum! One of my college boyfriends used to make these. I haven't had them in years...maybe it's time to try them again.
